Initiate Your Request
Log into your VOLKS member account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original box or mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside to help our team identify your order quickly.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
